I actually have bad luck with almond flour in general, to be honest. lol

Anyway, I wanted to let you know that I featured your recipe on my blog today at Hearth and Soul. Thanks so much for sharing. :)Elsahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12747847020927692640noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-278291799881438454.post-1076612323202570172012-04-24T20:10:15.260-04:002012-04-24T20:10:15.260-04:00Thanks! I remember trying almond flour and, similarly, coconut flour recipes and having it completely fall apart. :-( They never tasted right to me either. You can start with more like 1 T. or so of guar or xanthan gum to see the holding-together potential of this recipe. I used to make it that way but worked down to less or even none sometimes since it's easier to get out of a deep dish and we're eating with our forks anyway. It just depends upon your preference.Mrs. Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02580172541182694616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-278291799881438454.post-71774811654950278902012-04-24T08:20:16.810-04:002012-04-24T08:20:16.810-04:00I've tried making gluten free pizza and it is ...I've tried making gluten free pizza and it is tricky. The recipe I was given was mostly almond flour, and almost nothing else. It didn't turn out well. I look forward to giving yours a try though, it looks like it will hold together better than mine did. I also love all of the information you provided, especially about plants protecting their babies. I never thought of it that way!
